Juno my friend, I remember you saying you needed to get to Michigan to get your paperwork straighten out. Well my friend run! The governor there has made life easier. I'm not sure if have had or are considering any surgery but I am writing from Canada & I know there is a clinic in Toronto & one in Montreal. I'm sure they would have the same quality of care as any clinic in the USA it would be much cheaper for you. AND WHERE IS THAT AUTOBIOGRAPHY! Your an very brave woman & I want to read your story.
